Shipping Policies

To ensure you get your products quickly, we try our best to ship all in-stock items within 5 business days (transfer between different locatons need more days ). We only ship throughout Canada. International customer needs to contact us before placing any order. 

Cancellation Policy

We process online orders as quickly as possible! If your order was placed during store hours cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour from the time of order. If your order was place outside of store hours cancellation requests must be submitted within the first hour of our operation time (11AM - 12PM). To cancel your order, please call us at 905-305-1211 as soon as possible with your order number. Please note that sending in a cancellation request does not mean that your order is immediately cancelled. In the event that your order has been processed and pickup by carrier, your order cannot be cancelled, please refer to the return policy. Once order has been cancelled you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are based on our shipping partner's locations. If your location is outside of their shipping areas there may be additional shipping charges that were not calculated with your initial order. This applies to orders that have received Free Shipping as well as those below the free shipping threshold. We will do our best to find a shipping rate that will work within the parameters of what was estimated but some items (oversized items shipping to rural areas, shipping to northern parts of the province, etc) are unable to be calculated by the system and need to be manually calculated by a staff member. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and we will contact you as quickly as possible with shipping options.

The Flat Rate Shipping doesn't cover oversize item. There will be an extra cost for oversize item. Our staff team will send out a cote with extra require for shipping fee. If customer agrees, we will collect the extra cost through email.

Some areas of the country are excluded from our Shipping policy. These exception areas include: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut & the following postal codes:

*If you choose Store Pick-Up when checking out, you will be notified by email within 2 business day that your order is ready for pick-up.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to avoid additional charges or delayed delivery of your order.

 

Product Pricing and Exchange Rates:

All prices listed are in Canadian dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

 

International Addresses:

NOTE: You must provide a street address for shipping. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes internationally.

 

International Shipping Fees, Import Duties and Taxes:

All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. Our web prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

 

International Returns or Packages Refused:

If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to Canabeebaby.com for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.

 

Your Country's Custom and Import Policies:

Please note: It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you are importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products.

Additionally, when ordering from canabeebaby.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Any fees charged to canabeebaby.com due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.
