2. Baby Registry

The Canabee Baby Registry allows you to create a list that can be viewed by friends and family anywhere. You can create your Baby Registry in our store or online. Regardless of where you create your Baby Registry, it will be viewable online at www.canabeebaby.com.

Your Baby Registry will remain active for 1 months after your event date you provide on your registration form.

Where is My Registry?

You may be able to locate a registry by searching registry number and by name.

Once you have your registry password, you can go to the Baby Registry area of our site to log in. You will be prompted to enter your registry email and password.

If you have any questions or concerns about this registry transition, please contact our Customer Service at (905) 305-1211 .

Deleting a Baby Registry
If you need to delete an entire Baby Registry, please contact our Customer Service at (905) 305-1211.

4. Web Price

The price of all products listed on our website is for web purchasing only. The in-store price may vary from the price listed on the website. Prices may change without notice.

5. Payment Options

We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal Account. You may also pay using a money order when placing your order by mail. Download faxable mail-order form in Word format or Acrobat format.

6. Tax Policy

All domestic retail orders are subject to HST on all products. International orders are not subject to any tax.  

7. Back Orders

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally a product may be on back order. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will hold the shipment of your entire order until all products are available. All backorders will not be held after five business days. Any order placed on the weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.

8. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation numbers necessary to locate your order.
If you did not provide us with an email address, please keep your Order Confirmation number readily available from time of purchase. Our Customer Support Centre will be able to track your package for you. Just call.
