Returns Policies

What items are returnable?

  • For store sales, you have 7 days for a full refund, and 30 days for store credit or exchange.
  • For online sales, you have 10 days for the refund of product cost only after the shipment was received. 
  • For baby registry items, you have 14 days (after shower date) for store credit.
  • In original condition. All Returns must be unused, be returned in the original, factory-sealed unopened packaging, with all pieces in original condition.
  • In the original packaging.
  • All labels must be attached.
  • Unwashed and Unworn

 

What items are No Refunds or Returns?

  • Free gifts or promotional items.
  • All special orders are final sale.
  • FINAL SALE products.
     The following items are final sale:
    • Special orders
    • Floor models
    • Assembled products
    • Undergarments, belly wraps, nursing T’s, nursing covers
    • Gift certificates
    • Potty’s and Potty accessories
    • Safety Gates
    • Breast pumps, nipple care products, nursing pillows, body pillows
    • Car Seats, Pillows, Head huggers, Baby carriers
    • Sleep sacks, swaddle blankets
    • Feeding bottles & Sippy cups (unless individually packed )
    • Bathtubs (unless in sealed packaging )
    • All items labelled "clearance","final".

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

 

Note 

  • We suggest you keep the box that you received your products in to ensure an easier return if needed.
  • All shipping to return the product to the merchant will be at the purchasers' expense. There will also be a 15% restocking fee for all items and a 30% restocking fee on all baby bedding items.
  • For Special Orders, returns are done at your expense and we advise you to take insurance on your package as we will not be held responsible if your package gets lost. 
  • Items purchased as gifts will only be eligible for in-store credit.

 

How do I return?

  • A copy of your purchase receipt is required when returning an item in-store.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
